Who you are buying from
Swift Shield Shop is the online shop of Swift Shield Enterprise in Ghana. We sell home décor, lighting, mirrors, furniture and home accessories, including selected products in bulk. Our customer support email is swiftshieldshop@gmail.com.
These terms apply when you browse this website or place an order. Read them alongside the delivery, returns and privacy policies. If a term is unclear, please contact us before purchasing.

Product descriptions, variants and packs
Read the description, dimensions, selected size or variant, pack quantity and price before adding an item to your cart. Different variants may have different prices. Photographs and screen colours may vary slightly from the physical item.
A bulk-purchase label indicates eligibility and a minimum quantity; it is not a promise of a discount unless a discount is expressly shown. Product availability is subject to stock.

Orders and accurate details
Checkout does not require a customer account. Provide a valid email address, phone number and delivery address, and save the order reference shown after checkout. That reference and your email are used to track your order.
We may contact you to clarify an order. If an item is unavailable or a material listing or pricing error prevents fulfilment, we will explain the issue and agree a correction or cancellation and refund of any amount due. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.

Prices and payments
Prices and checkout totals are displayed in Ghanaian cedis (GHS). Delivery charges are shown before you confirm the order. Price changes on later visits do not change a confirmed order.
Online payments are processed by Paystack. Available payment methods appear in its checkout interface. We confirm the transaction with our payment provider before treating it as paid. Pay on Delivery is offered where shown at checkout, currently from a total of GHS 100.

Delivery and order changes
We deliver within Ghana under our delivery policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless a specific date has been expressly agreed. Notify us promptly of an address change or cancellation request; we will confirm whether the change is still possible.
Please inspect your delivery and report any missing, incorrect or damaged goods. Our returns and refunds policy explains how we resolve those issues.

Returns, refunds and support
Our returns policy provides a 30-day period to request a return and explains eligibility, costs and refund processing. Contact us with your order reference before sending anything back.
For a complaint or payment dispute, email swiftshieldshop@gmail.com or use the contact form. Include enough information for us to investigate, but never include passwords, card security codes or mobile-money PINs. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Responsible use and feedback
Do not use this site for unlawful transactions, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or send abusive or fraudulent submissions. Use product instructions and electrical or installation guidance supplied with the product.
Customer feedback is sent privately to our team. We do not automatically publish submissions as reviews. We will seek permission before using a customer’s feedback as a public testimonial.

Website content and availability
Website content is provided for shopping and product information. Do not copy our branding or republish content without permission from its owner. Third-party payment and delivery services may occasionally be unavailable; contact us if this affects an order.
We may update these terms as the shop changes. The date above identifies this version; updates do not remove obligations relating to purchases already confirmed. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Ghana.
